Job summary

Big Fat Smile Sdn Bhd invites motivated interns to join our e-commerce team in Malaysia. This internship focuses on affiliate recruitment, onboarding, and supporting marketing materials for our affiliates, while you learn how top marketplaces operate.

You’ll assist with affiliate enquiries, manage product information and promotional resources, and help process sample requests. Gain hands-on experience in Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, and digital campaigns within a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets is preferred.
