Job summary

The D Group in Shah Alam, Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented data-entry and customer participation specialist to receive and review new and re-submission details from multiple channels. You will meticulously verify information and ensure completeness before entry.

You will process submissions within the stipulated SLA, perform accurate data entry and fraud checks, and maintain proactive follow-up with customers to confirm status and resolve gaps.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review new/re-submission of customers’ participation details received from different channels.
• Process submission with the stipulated Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Perform acurate data entry and fraud check.
• Consistent follow up with the customer on their participation details.
• Highlight / escape any suspicious customer’s participation details to the supervisor.
• Assist in any ad-hoc tasks assigned as and when is required.
