Job summary

Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) invites motivated students to join the Rise@MCMC internship programme in Cyberjaya.

The role focuses on gaining hands-on exposure across diverse business functions, developing essential workplace skills such as organisational management, communication, coordination, documentation, and basic analysis while understanding governance and operations within the Commission.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Office Management or related field with CGPA 3.2/4.0.
• Proficient in Canva and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good communication, interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and willing to learn in a dynamic working environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily administrative tasks including documentation, filing, scanning, printing and record management.
• Support data entry, updating records and preparation of basic reports or tracking documents.
• Coordinate logistic arrangements and administrative tasks for sector and department events.
• Prepare training, event, meeting materials, documents and presentations.
• Assist in other administrative tasks as required by the department.
• Help prepare communication materials, posters and event-related materials using Canva/PowerPoint.
• Gather information and research activities for departmental initiatives (quotations, venues, suppliers).
