GIZ Malaysia invites applications for a Communications and Administration Intern. Based in Shaftsbury, Cyberjaya, you will create bilingual content for web and social media, manage posting schedules, and support events and administrative tasks to ensure smooth project delivery.

The role requires a recent Bachelor’s degree, fluency in Malay and English, and strong graphic design/photography/video editing skills.

Competenze

Undergraduate students or graduates within the past six months.
Proficient in Malay and English with strong speaking and writing skills.
Outstanding knowledge and skills of graphic design, photography, video shooting, and editing.
Excellent communication and social abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
Detail‑oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
Interest in working effectively in a cross‑cultural environment.

Mansioni

Content Creation: develop written, visual and multimedia content in Malay and English for websites, social media, presentations, photos, videos and infographics.
Social Media Management: plan, schedule, publish and maintain content across social platforms.
Event and Meetings Support: assist during workshops, stakeholder meetings, seminars, trainings and other events (physical/virtual/hybrid).
Administrative Support: prepare participant lists, registration, meeting materials, logistics, minutes and related documentation.
Project and Office Operations Support: coordinate and document project activities and general office operations.
Other Duties: perform additional tasks as requested by the project team or supervisor.
