Job summary

Tiong Nam Logistics Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking an on-site Logistics Admin/Support role in Ipoh. The candidate will assist with ORS and POD processing, driver logs, and ensure POD documents are returned and completed promptly.

The position involves organizing and filing key logistics documents and handling daily email communications. The role requires a Diploma or higher in Logistics, SCM, or Business Admin, plus basic MS Office skills.

Job Responsibilities

Assist in processing ORS and driver log sheets, and monitor the return and completion status of Proof of Delivery (POD) documents.

Support daily logistics operations, project coordination, and preparation of daily reports.

Organize, maintain, and file important logistics documents for easy retrieval.

Prepare and distribute complete POD documents to other branches through courier or internal parcel services.

Handle daily email correspondence and follow up on rejected goods and expired Purchase Orders (POs).

Perform general administrative duties and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

Currently pursuing or holding a Diploma or higher qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Computer literate, with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Good organizational and document management skills.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.

Good communication and coordination skills.
