Qualifications

• Degree in Business, International Business, Economics, Engineering; first class honours a plus.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in operations analysis, consulting, or international business.
• Proficient with analytical tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Knowledge of international retail, market entry strategies, and regulatory compliance.
• Confident presenter with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, multicultural environment; additional language skills a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assess performance data across markets to identify growth opportunities and improvements.
• Conduct feasibility studies, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking for expansion strategy.
• Support international expansion projects from planning to execution.
• Produce reports, dashboards, and presentations for the COO and senior leadership.
• Partner with regional teams to align operations and ensure cross-market delivery.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements across markets.
• Assess risks in international operations and develop mitigation strategies.
