Job summary

Intrepid Asia in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Regional Commercial Strategy Lead to drive strategy, transformation programs, and capability development across six Southeast Asian markets. You will partner with regional leadership and country teams to identify growth opportunities and standardize best practices.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in Commercial Strategy, Ecommerce, or related roles.
• Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Amazon or similar.
• Proven experience leading complex regional or cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple strategic workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategic initiatives to improve commercial performance and scalability.
• Develop category strategies using ecommerce trends and marketplace developments.
• Build KPI frameworks, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms for data-driven decisions.
• Lead high-impact regional projects involving multiple functions across the region.
• Own the regional capability development roadmap and training programs.
