Job summary

Teleperformance in Malaysia is seeking a capable team leader to mentor and develop a market team during an exciting transition. You will drive problem solving, analytical growth, and scalable capabilities across global partners.

The role demands strong English and Japanese communication, a track record in fast-paced environments, and at least two years of people management experience. This is a full-time position based in Bayan Lepas, Penang.

Qualifications
