Job summary

SxFactor Sdn Bhd is seeking a QA Software Intern to support the QA team and developers in ensuring the quality and reliability of SPEED Accounting Software & SPEED HR & Payroll Software before and after releases.

You will assist in manual testing, execute test cases, document defects, and participate in functional, regression and UI/UX testing across accounting, invoicing and reporting modules. This internship offers exposure to end-to-end software quality processes in Shah Alam.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing manual testing of SPEED Accounting Software
• Execute test cases based on functional requirements and specifications
• Identify, document and track software bugs and defects
• Perform functional, regression and integration testing
• Conduct testing of new features and software enhancements
• Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing after fixes are implemented
• Assist in preparing and maintaining test cases and test documentation
• Perform UI/UX testing to identify usability and interface issues
• Test different user workflows and business scenarios
• Assist in testing accounting, invoicing, reporting and other system modules

Job description

As a QA Software Intern, you will work closely with the Software Developers and QA team to ensure the quality, functionality and reliability of SPEED Accounting Software & SPEED HR & Payroll Software before and after product releases.
