Job description

User Acceptance Test (UAT)

• To assist and perform UATs for Production Issues and/or Projects, which includes close communication with IT and vendors.
• Understand business requirements with project team. Prepare test scripts to identify test scenarios and create UAT test cases with production‑like data.
• Execute test cases and report bugs if any. Re‑test bugs once fixed.
• Perform Regression Testing to ensure no major defects/no critical defects open.
• Prepare UAT sign off to confirm business requirements/objectives met and good to go for production.
• Prepare communication materials (e.g., one pager comm, communication pack, user guide, short video, infographic etc.) to brief & update about the system changes.

Project Management

• Assist in Project Planning: Collaborate with project managers to contribute to the development of project plans, timelines, and objectives.
• Monitor Project Progress: Track and monitor project timelines, ensuring that tasks are completed according to schedule. Provide regular updates on project status to the project team.
• Milestone Tracking: Keep a close eye on project milestones, ensuring that they are achieved in a timely manner. Report any delays or challenges to the project manager.
• Communication: Facilitate effective communication within the project team. Ensure that all team members are informed about project developments, changes, and milestones.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather information, provide support, and contribute to the overall success of the project.
