Job summary

SBM Offshore is seeking an intern to support project planning, data gathering, and documentation across ongoing initiatives in Kuala Lumpur. You will assist with research, prepare reports, and collaborate with team members to drive daily operations efficiently.

The role offers exposure to multi-disciplinary teams and real-world energy projects, suitable for students or recent graduates in Business, Engineering, Marketing, IT, or Finance. Malaysia-based internship with on-site engagement.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Marketing, IT, Finance)
• Strong research/data gathering abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of projects and daily operations
• Conduct research, gather data, and provide insights to support decision-making and process improvements
• Create, update, and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations
• Collaborate with team members in meetings, discussions, and brainstorming sessions
• Assist with routine administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow
