Job summary

COM TOOL ENGINEERING is seeking a responsible, organised intern to gain real-world experience in production administration, inventory control and store management. This role combines office duties with on-site production activities to show how materials and tools are managed in manufacturing.

You will monitor material usage, record stock movements, prepare daily reports and assist with general admin tasks on-site at Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. Internship allowance provided.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration / Management, Logistics / Supply Chain, Manufacturing or related fields.
• Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

COM TOOL ENGINEERING is looking for a responsible, organised and hands-on intern to join our team and gain real-world experience in production administration, inventory control and store management.

This role is ideal for students who enjoy a combination of office administration + on-site production activities and want to understand how materials, tools and production operations are managed in a manufacturing environment.

Monitor and record the usage of raw materials, tools and equipment.

Record all incoming and outgoing materials, tools and items.

Monitor daily production activities and work progress on-site.

Ensure materials, tools and completed items are properly labelled and organised.

Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.

Prepare daily production and material usage reports.

Report daily production activities and any issues to the Admin Executive.

Assist with production, store and general administrative tasks.

Support proper organisation and housekeeping of the production/store area.

Students currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in:

Business Administration / Management

Logistics / Supply Chain

Manufacturing

Or other related fields
