Job summary

COM TOOL ENGINEERING is looking for a responsible, organised and hands‑on intern to join our team and gain real‑world experience in production administration, inventory control and store management.

This role is ideal for students who enjoy a combination of office administration + on‑site production activities and want to understand how materials, tools and production operations are managed in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Students pursuing a Diploma or Degree in related fields.
• Willing to learn and take initiative.
• Able to communicate and coordinate with the team.
• Comfortable in both office and production areas.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and record the usage of raw materials, tools and equipment.
• Record all incoming and outgoing materials, tools and items.
• Monitor daily production activities and work progress on-site.
• Ensure materials, tools and completed items are properly labelled and organised.
• Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
• Prepare daily production and material usage reports.
• Report daily production activities and any issues to the Admin Executive.
• Assist with production, store and general administrative tasks.
• Support proper organisation and housekeeping of the production/store area.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
