Job summary

Sandisk is seeking an engineer in Penang who will perform NAND memory reliability qualification, run reliability sequences, and conduct failure analysis to identify root causes. The role requires collaboration with R&D, documentation, and cross-functional teams to improve product quality.

The candidate will work with bench instrumentation such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters, and contribute to test documentation and data sheet comprehension as part of the reliability program.

Qualifications

• NAND memory reliability qualification experience.
• Ability to design reliability sequences.
• Experience with failure analysis and root-cause investigation.
• Familiarity with bench equipment and test documentation.

Responsibilities

• Execute and analyze NAND memory reliability qual and perform Failure Analysis.
• Design and develop reliability sequences for given technology node and execute tests.
• Support R&D, DPPM improvements, documentation, data sheets review, and cross-group interactions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible on execution and analysis of NAND memory reliability qual and perform Failure Analysis.
• Designing and developing reliability sequences for given technology node in addition to performing actual reliability test execution followed by Failure Analysis to root cause the issues reported.
• Some of the other areas that this position will include will be: R&D support, DPPM improvement, test documentation, comprehension of design manuals and data sheets, using various bench equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeter), and interacting with other engineering groups.
