Job summary

Sandisk in Malaysia (Penang) seeks engineers to execute and analyze NAND DPPM health, designing DPPM sequences and perform failure analysis to root cause issues. You will work with bench equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters, and collaborate with other engineering groups.

The role includes R&D support, DPPM improvement, test documentation, and understanding design manuals and data sheets, contributing to our global leadership in Flash memory technologies.

Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible on execution and analysis of NAND DPPM health and perform Failure Analysis. Designing and developing DPPM sequences for given technology node in addition to performing actual cycling execution followed by Failure Analysis to root cause the issues reported. Some of the other areas that this position will include will be: R&D support, DPPM improvement, test documentation, comprehension of design manuals and data sheets, using various bench equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeter), and interacting with other engineering groups.
