Job summary

foodpanda, part of the Delivery Hero Group, invites you to join the Malaysia People Team as a People Experience Intern. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to HR initiatives that bring our culture to life, from planning engagement events to curating meaningful employee experiences.

You’ll lead a mini-project that leaves a lasting impact before your internship ends, while learning about engagement, comms, culture building, and employer branding.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in HR, psychology, business, or communications.
• Availability for at least 4 months.
• People-first mindset with strong communication and creativity.
• Team player comfortable sharing ideas.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of employee engagement programs across the organization.
• Assist internal communication initiatives—craft messages, newsletters, visuals showcasing company culture.
• Collaborate with the People Team to bring ideas to life and strengthen workplace culture.
• Contribute ideas to enhance employee wellbeing and overall experience.
• Help track data to measure the impact of engagement programs.
• Support inclusivity and diversity initiatives to ensure every Panda feels valued.

• Support the planning and execution of employee engagement programs that promote positive experience, satisfaction, and team spirit across the organization.
• Assist in internal communication initiatives — help craft engaging messages, newsletters, and visuals that showcase our company culture.
• Work closely with the People Team to bring creative ideas to life that strengthen workplace culture and foster a sense of belonging.
• Contribute fresh ideas and feedback to enhance employee wellbeing and overall experience — creativity is highly encouraged!
• Help track and compile data to measure the success and impact of our engagement programs.
• Support initiatives that promote inclusivity and diversity, ensuring every Panda feels valued and included.

Qualifications

What you need to be successful:

• Availability for at least 4 months (longer is even better!).
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
• A people‑first mindset — you love connecting, creating, and making a difference.
• Strong organization, communication, and a spark of creativity!
• A team player who isn’t afraid to bring fresh ideas to the table.
