Job summary

Carsome Sdn Bhd is seeking a diligent Project Administrator to support expansion and enhancement projects, coordinating vendors and contractors, compiling quotations, and tracking installations.

You will conduct branch audits and compliance activities, maintain project records and status trackers, and prepare concise reports for internal teams and stakeholders.

This role requires meticulous documentation, timely updates, and close collaboration with cross‑functional teams across Malaysia.

• Support expansion and enhancement projects by coordinating vendors and contractors, compiling quotations, and tracking installations.
• Conduct branch audits and compliance activities, including checklist compilation, POSM and facility-standard tracking, site-visit documentation, corrective-action follow-up and reporting.
• Maintain project records, trackers, supporting documents and status updates for internal reference and stakeholder reporting.
