Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc in Penang, Malaysia invites interns to join the SOCAMM2 Yield Improvement & Process Simplification project. You will support the Automated Test Equipment team to drive efficiency, monitor ATE yield, identify detractors, and assist in AI-enabled solutions to accelerate decision-making.

You will work with Test Process Engineering and Operations to improve test cycle time, throughput, and overall SLT efficiency, including data analysis, tool setup, and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical and Electronic.
• Proven ability to conduct detailed data analysis and impact assessments.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to ensure cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Monitor SOCAMM2 ATE yield performance and identify detractors.
• Perform data analysis to support root cause investigations of yield loss and hardware issues.
• Support tester, handler, and hardware relocation activities between sites.
• Improve test cycle time, throughput, and SLT efficiency with Test Process Engineering.
