The intern will support the SOCAMM2 Automated Test Equipment team to drive process simplification, monitor yield, analyze data, and assist in tool installation and production release activities. You will work with Test Process Engineering and Operations to reduce test cycle time, improve throughput, and develop AI-supported solutions to automate routine analysis and

• Degree in Electrical and Electronic. Proven ability to conduct detailed data analysis and impact assessments.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to ensure successful cross‑functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support the SOCAMM2 ATE team in driving process simplification and efficiency improvement.
• Monitor SOCAMM2 yield performance and identify yield detractors, failure trends, and abnormal test excursions.
• Perform data analysis to support root cause investigations of yield loss, hardware issues, and process-related problems.
• Assist in tool installation, setup, qualification, and release-to-production activities.
• Collaborate with Test Process Engineering and Operations to improve test cycle time, throughput, and overall SLT efficiency.
• Develop and evaluate AI-supported solutions to improve engineering productivity and accelerate decision‑making.

Title: SOCAMM2 Yield Improvement & Process Simplification

Description: The intern will support the SOCAMM2 Automated Test Equipment (ATE) team in driving process simplification and efficiency improvement initiatives. The role focuses on monitor module ATE yield performance and identify yield detractors, failure trends, and abnormal test excursions. Perform data analysis to support root cause investigations of yield loss, hardware issues, and process-related problems. Support tester, handler, and associated hardware relocation activities between manufacturing sites. Assist in tool installation, setup, qualification, and release-to-production activities.. The intern will work closely with Test Process Engineering, and Operations teams to improve test cycle time, throughput, and overall SLT efficiency.

Requirement
