Job summary

JDE Peet’s in Ipoh, Malaysia, is seeking an HR Intern to support training coordination, onboarding tasks, and recruitment events as part of a global team.

You will gain hands-on experience in employee engagement, HR data management, and developing skills in a fast-paced, coffee industry company.

• Supporting training coordination, including scheduling, preparing materials, and updating training records/database.
• Assisting in employee engagement activities, such as event planning, logistics coordination, and on site support.
• Handling new joiner onboarding tasks, including arranging typhoid vaccinations and medical check-ups, and ensuring documentation completeness.
• Coordinating recruitment events, including open interviews, walk in sessions, and job fairs.
• Managing HR administrative tasks, such as data updates, record maintenance, and compilation of HR reports.
