You'll also be responsible for creating and maintaining essential documentation, such as **Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)** and system guides, to support team knowledge and operational efficiency.* **Track Project Progress:** A key part of the role is assisting team members in monitoring project deadlines and timelines. This includes engaging with and following up with relevant stakeholders to get status updates on their tasks and projects, ensuring the team stays on track.* **AI Initiative**: A proactive Operations & AI Automation Intern to analyze business and operations workflows and deploy AI-driven process improvements.
