Job summary

CompAsia Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Project Management Intern to support our team in documenting processes, tracking performance, and ensuring PDPA compliance. The role focuses on helping with SOPs, data handling, and improving project workflows.

You will collaborate with Tech, Ops and Sales, test system updates, capture user feedback, and assist with ad-hoc tasks while building strong stakeholder communication and data skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management or product operations.
• Strong stakeholder communication.
• Comfortable with data, dashboards, trackers and reconciliation reports.
• Analytical, detail-oriented.
• PDPA/compliance knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process Documentation: Create and maintain SOPs, data-handling procedures, SLA and KPIs.
• Performance Tracking: Critically track store and campaign performance and provide feedback.
• Data Entry and Compliance: Input and manage sensitive data with PDPA compliance.
• Tech Enhancement & Support: Test system updates, identify bugs, and support rollouts.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Management Intern to support our team in project and process management, performance tracking, ensuring system quality, and adhering to Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Project Management Intern, your responsibilities will include:

Process Documentation:Create and maintain documentation, including SOPs, data-handling procedures, SLA, KPIs.

Performance Tracking: Critically track and analyse store and campaign performance and provide feedback for sharper execution.

Data Entry and Compliance:Accurately input and manage sensitive data, ensuring compliance with PDPA and other data protection guidelines.

Tech Enhancement & Support: Test system updates, identify and elevate bugs, and support system rollouts according to project requirements while tracking user feedback for improvements.

Collaboration:Work closely with Tech, Ops and Sales teams on identifying challenges and providing analysis, solution, training and guidance to prevent recurrence.

Ad-Hoc Task:To handle any that may be assigned by the supervisor

Requirements / Qualifications
