Job Description

To provide support in performance reporting, data analysis, and planning activities within the Exploration business - with opportunity to gain exposure on Upstream operations and business performance processes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Summary of key responsibilities as below:

• Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly performance reports.
• Compile and validate operational and financial data for dashboards and presentations.
• Perform basic data analysis to identify trends, variances, and performance drivers.
• Support the annual Work Program & Budget (WP&B) process through data collection and consolidation.
• Assist in maintaining performance trackers, templates, and reporting tools.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to obtain required inputs for reporting.
• Participate in meetings and learning sessions to understand Exploration activities.
• Deliver a simple end-of-internship presentation or project summarizing insights gained.
