Job summary

Hong Leong Bank, a leading financial institution in Malaysia, seeks a detail-focused finance/FP&A candidate to support budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis across business units. You will produce dashboards and financial reports for management to drive decisions and profitability assessments.

You will work with large datasets, perform variance analysis, and contribute to commercial finance initiatives.

• Assist with the annual budgeting process, monthly rolling forecasts, and variance analysis (comparing actual spend against budget).
• Help prepare monthly business review presentations, dashboards, and financial reports for management decision-making.
• Assist with financial analysis of the Bank's performance and profitability metrics against market peers.
