Job summary

Jora Malaysia offers an internship to design, develop, and optimize data pipelines and analytics solutions using Databricks, Python, SQL, and GitHub Copilot.

You will work with data engineers, architects, analysts, and product stakeholders to deliver end-to-end data and AI-enabled solutions that enable data-driven decision making and business insights.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, DS, SWE, IT, AI, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, and software development concepts.
• Familiarity with GitHub/GitHub Copilot and interest in AI-assisted development.
• Exposure to Databricks, Apache Spark, cloud platforms or analytics technologies is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking and eagerness to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, and optimization of modern datapipelines and analytics solutions.
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT processes ingested from multiple sources.
• Document datapipelines, workflows, and technical solutions.
• Collaborate with data engineers, architects, analysts, and product stakeholders.
• Present internship project outcomes to the team.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and team meetings.

Qualifications:
