Job summary

Prudential Malaysia is seeking a proactive Marketing/Analytics intern to support campaign inquiries, assist in UAT, and help draft communications. You will learn how campaigns are managed from ideation to fulfilment.

Ideal candidates are currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications, with good Excel and PowerPoint skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This internship offers hands-on exposure and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or a related field.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Perform checking and follow-up on campaign enquiries, ensuring responses are provided within the agreed turnaround time.
• Assist in investigating campaign reward appeals and preparing supporting information for review.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for campaign-related initiatives and system enhancements.
• Assist in drafting, proofreading, and reviewing campaign communication materials.
• Support campaign fulfilment activities, including customer communications, reward crediting, and gift fulfilment.
• Support campaign reporting, monitoring, and administrative tasks.
