Job summary

NTT DATA Malaysia is seeking an Intern/Apprentice to work under the guidance of senior professionals. The role focuses on gaining knowledge and practical experience in the chosen area, supporting with administrative tasks, meetings, reports, and client engagement.

The position offers exposure to service offerings, industry developments, and opportunities to learn and contribute in a collaborative team environment on-site in the Kuala Selangor area.

Responsibilities

• Gains knowledge and experience in area of specialization or function.
• Acquires the relevant practical experience and knowledge of the service or solution offered by the specific area or function.
• Remains current with the industry developments related to the relevant specific area or function
• Provides general administrative support to the specific area or function.
• Coordinates meetings, minute taking, logistics, filing and record keeping.
• Assists with the preparation and distribution of reports and review system data for accuracy.
• Identifies errors or discrepancies and investigates and corrects or elevates them for resolution.
• Supports clients in low complexity matters and maintains a log of queries.
• Contributes to client engagement and the success of the team.
• Accepts business-focused projects to research, propose ideas and solutions.
• Assists in preparing information and research materials.
• Creates and maintains PowerPoint presentations.
