Job summary

a. Hartrodt Malaysia Sdn Bhd invites a diploma or degree student to join our Sepang office for an internship in logistics and administration. You will assist with daily operations, documentation, and data entry within a busy freight forwarding environment.

Responsibilities include filing, record management, and coordination with internal teams. Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English are essential, and a positive, team-oriented attitude is expected.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
• Able to commit to the required internship period.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
• Responsible, willing to learn and able to work in a team.
• Good attention to detail and able to follow instructions.
• International appearance and pleasant personality.
• Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English.
