Job summary

HEINEKEN Malaysia Berhad is seeking an engineering-oriented professional to support asset care standards and project documentation. You will work closely with Project and Maintenance Engineers to develop and implement HACS, compile data from breweries and SAP, and read P&ID diagrams to create robust procedures.

The role requires an engineering background, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Engineering background preferable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Curious, quick-thinking, independent, meticulous to details and able to work with various departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HACS (Heineken Asset Care Standard) with Project and Maintenance Engineers guidance.
• Compile information from other breweries, suppliers’ catalogues and SAP for creation.
• Read P&ID diagrams to develop procedures for utilities and brewing machines under engineers' guidance.
• Organize the technical library (P&ID, manuals, training materials) from projects and existing setups based on latest hierarchy.
