Job summary

Greatech Integration (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Program Manager to oversee multiple contract manufacturing programs, align goals with company strategy, and drive end-to-end product introductions and ramp-ups.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop detailed schedules, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery within budget while maintaining quality and regulatory standards. Mentoring juniors and effective stakeholder communication are key to success.

Qualifications

At least Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in program/project management within contract manufacturing or related industries.
Strong leadership, organizational, and people leadership skills.
Proficiency in program planning, scheduling, and risk management.
Strong communication skills with ability to manage expectations.
Analytical mindset with drive for continuous improvement.
Agility and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
Coaching and development mindset.

Responsibilities

Oversee multiple programs, define overall program goals and align with company strategy.
Plan, develop, and manage end-to-end contract manufacturing programs including NPI and ramp-ups.
Drive cross-functional teams to resolve roadblocks and optimize workflow.
Develop detailed program schedules, track milestones, and ensure on-time delivery within budget.
Manage risks, issues, and changes; communicate updates to stakeholders.
Serve as liaison between customer and internal teams, conveying status and escalations.
Manage scope, contract requirements, and quality expectations.
Monitor financial performance including cost tracking and forecast accuracy.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as cost-down and cycle-time reduction.
Coach and mentor junior staff; ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality systems.

Job description

Drive cross-functional teams comprising engineering, procurement, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and sale to resolve roadblocks and optimize workflow.

Develop detailed program schedules, track milestones, and ensure on-time delivery within budget.

Managing risks, issues, and changes proactively and communicating updates continuously to keep all stakeholders aligned.

Serve as primary liaison between the customer and internal teams, communicating status, changes, and escalations.

Manage scope changes, contract requirements, and quality expectations.

Monitor financial performance, including cost tracking and forecast accuracy.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as cost down and improve cycle time.

Coach and mentor the junior staff.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and manufacturing quality systems.

Requirements:

At least Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related field.

Minimum of 2 year(s) & above work experience in program/project management within contract manufacturing or related industries.
