Job summary

Mammoth Empire Group Of Companies - Petaling is seeking a capable architectural drafting professional to prepare drawings and coordinate with consultants, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements. You will work closely with the Architect to draft and update drawings and manage documentation.

The role includes supporting material take-offs and quantity calculations for the QS department, preparing detailed construction and submission drawings, and updating designs as required.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of related drafting experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and able to produce detailed drawings.
• Relevant architectural qualification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections and details.
• Assist the Architect in drafting and updating drawings.
• Prepare material take-off and quantity calculations from drawings for QS Department's BQ preparation.
• Prepare detailed construction and submission drawings based on the Architect's requirements.
• Revise and update drawings according to design changes and comments.
• Ensure drawings are accurate, properly coordinated and comply with project requirements.
• Coordinate drawings with consultants, contractor, site staff and other relevant departments when required.
• Maintain proper filing and records of drawings, revisions and submissions.
• Perform other drafting-related duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

• At least (2) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Skillful in AutoCAD drawings.
