Job summary

Mammoth Empire Group Of Companies – Petaling is seeking an Architectural Drafter to prepare drawings across plans, elevations and details, and to support the Architect by updating drawings. The role involves material take-off, quantity calculations for QS BQ prep, and ensuring drawings meet project requirements.

You'll coordinate with consultants, contractors and site staff, maintain filing records, and revise drawings per design changes.

Qualifications

• Education: Professional Certificate, Diploma or higher in architecture or related field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in architectural drafting.
• Proficient in AutoCAD drawings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections and details.
• Assist the Architect in drafting and updating drawings.
• Prepare material take-off and quantity calculations for QS Department’s BQ preparation.
• Prepare detailed construction and submission drawings based on the Architect’s requirements.
• Revise and update drawings according to design changes and comments.

• Maintain proper filing and records of drawings, revisions and submissions.
• Perform other drafting-related duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
• At least (2) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Skillful in AutoCAD drawings.
