Turner & Townsend in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive Project Planner to define project goals, deliverables and work breakdown structures, while helping to manage budgets and schedules across complex real estate and infrastructure ventures.

You will review CAD plans, electrical and HVAC systems, coordinate with engineers and contractors, monitor progress, control quality and communicate status and risks to stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and value realization.

Qualificações

• Degree in Project Management with PMI certification or any engineering discipline
• Technical Proficiency: CAD plans, AC, electrical, network and interior construction
• Experience with CAD software, MS Project, Excel and Power Points

Responsabilidades

• Project Planning: Defining project goals, deliverables, boundaries, and work breakdown structures
• Budget Management: Monitoring expenses, forecasting, and staying within financial limits
• Schedule tracking: Monitoring schedule and ability to resolve issues to keep project on schedule
• Risk Mitigation: Spotting potential problems early and creating a risk register or mitigation plan
• Stakeholder communication: Communicate clearly on project status and expectations
• Quality control: Able to manage consultants and contractors by setting clear delivery expectations
