Job summary

BENCO DECOR SDN BHD is seeking an interior designer to lead projects from concept to installation, creating functional and visually engaging spaces for residential and commercial clients. You will meet clients, develop concepts and layouts, select materials and finishes, and prepare 2D plans and 3D renderings for presentation, coordinating with contractors to ensure designs are executed on site.

1–2 years of proven residential/commercial interior design experience.
Proficiency in design software or rendering tools.
Strong understanding of materials, spatial planning, detail drawing, and construction methods.
Excellent presentation skills with attention to detail and ability to manage timelines.

Responsibilities

Meet with clients to clarify project scope, budget, and functional needs.
Develop interior design concepts, floor plans, elevations, and space layouts.
Select materials, finishes, lighting, color schemes, and furniture.
Prepare 2D layout plans and high-quality 3D visual renderings for presentation.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and site workers to ensure execution matches approved designs.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, verify measurements, and resolve technical details on-site.
