Job summary

You will produce 2D drawings, elevations, and construction details, create 3D renders, select FF&E, and coordinate with contractors to ensure successful project execution.

• Collaborate with senior staff to develop creative design concepts, layout plans, and mood boards for projects
• Produce precise 2D working drawings, elevations, and detailed construction plans using computer-aided software
• Create realistic 3D renderings and perspective views to effectively communicate design ideas to clients
• Research and select FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment), color palettes, fabric samples, and material finishes
• Assist in client presentations and coordinate smoothly with contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders for execution
