GRAVITY INTERIOR CONSTRUCTION SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day on-site operations for interior fit-out and commercial projects in Ara Damansara, Selangor.

You will lead construction teams, ensure quality workmanship, and uphold safety and efficiency standards across multiple sites. The role requires strong knowledge of construction methods, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to read drawings and manage budgets.

Formación

• Fresh Graduation or with minimum 2 years of experience in construction site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, safety regulations and quality standards relevant to the Malaysian construction industry.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications and technical documents.
• Sound understanding of construction costs, budgeting and resource planning.
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel to various project sites as required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise on-site construction activities and manage labour, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and implement site safety protocols.
• Monitor progress against timelines and budgets; report delays or overruns.
• Conduct quality inspections to meet project specifications.
• Coordinate communication between site team, contractors, clients and head office.
• Prepare daily reports and documentation on site activities.
