Horizontal Talent is seeking an Integration Engineer to design, develop, and support enterprise integration solutions across business applications. You will work with modern integration platforms, APIs, messaging technologies, and Azure cloud services to build reliable and scalable integrations in a global environment.

The role is based in Kuala Lumpur with a hybrid work arrangement, emphasizing collaboration across regional teams and continuous improvement of integration practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years in software development or system integration.
• 3+ years hands-on integration development experience.
• Experience with integration platforms and Azure/Microsoft services is a plus.

Requirements

• Experience with APIs (REST), messaging technologies (Kafka, IBM MQ, ActiveMQ), file transfer (SFTP/MFT), and database integrations.


• Exposure to Microsoft Azure services (Service Bus, Storage, Azure DevOps, Entra ID) is an advantage.


• Scripting knowledge in SQL, Groovy or Bash is a plus.


• Good analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.

• Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or Enterprise Integration projects.
