Responsibilities

• Participate in client programmes and fulfil all programme requirements and conditions.
• Market, promote, and sell the Client’s insurance products in accordance with the Agency Agreement.
• Achieve and maintain assigned sales targets, KPIs, and performance objectives.
• Adhere to all sales compliance requirements, policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Perform assigned duties professionally, diligently, honestly, and in the best interests of the Client.
• Comply with the Client’s operational requirements, policies, procedures, and lawful instructions.
• Maintain professional conduct and protect the reputation and business interests of the Client and its affiliates.
• Prepare and submit required reports, records, information, and supporting documentation.
• Attend required training, meetings, coaching sessions, and development programmes.
• Promptly report any actual or suspected breaches of regulatory, compliance, or internal policies.
