Prudential is seeking an Insurance New Business Administrator in Kuala Lumpur to process new proposals according to guidelines and deliver high-quality service. You will support Financial Consultants, address appeals, and identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer centricity.

The role involves day-to-day management of new business submissions and end-to-end processing. The ideal candidate has insurance industry experience, a Diploma or degree, and strong MS Office skills

Formación

• Knowledge of insurance laws & regulations.
• Good understanding of insurance products.
• Customer-oriented, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to communicate ideas, concept thoughts, information and instruction clearly.
• Good process and business understanding of all the sections within New Business.

Responsabilidades

• Process new insurance proposals according to set guidelines and regulations.
• Provide support to Financial Consultants on new business matters.
• Handle appeals and cases escalated from complaints.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer centricity in the application process.
• Perform end-to-end processing for new business submissions including issuance and NTU/CFI steps.
