Job summary

HSBC is seeking an Insurance Product Expert in Kuala Lumpur to drive Bancassurance sales, support RMs, and deliver financial planning guidance to Premier and Premier Elite clients.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in financial services with bancassurance and life insurance sales, plus PCE, CEILI and TBE licenses, and excellent communication skills. Flexible working and inclusive growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in financial services, bancassurance and life insurance sales.
• SPM with 5 credits; PCE, CEILI and TBE licenses required.
• Excellent communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet Bancassurance sales targets in Premier and Premier Elite customer segments.
• Drive productivity, participation, revenue, and sales quality.
• Support Relationship Managers and Branch Leaders to improve customer satisfaction.
• Partner with Relationship Managers during client engagements, conducting portfolio reviews, providing financial planning advice, and recommending solutions to customers.
