Qualifications

• At least 7 years of Project Management experience in insurance or financial services.
• Experience managing cross-functional project teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing project budgets, timelines, risks, and vendor deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation to closure.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and governance materials.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, vendors, and external stakeholders.
• Drive effective stakeholder engagement and communication at all levels.
• Ensure projects are delivered on objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
• Proactively identify and resolve risks and issues to minimize delivery impact.
• Track progress and provide regular reporting to sponsors and senior management.
• Manage change requests and align with strategic objectives and priorities.
