Job summary

VAT Vakuumventile AG in Malaysia is seeking a Training Specialist to deliver basic skills training during onboarding and ensure new hires reach required competencies.

You will develop training materials, coordinate on-the-job training with buddies, and evaluate product certification readiness while maintaining records for audits and internal use.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Industrial related field required.
• At least 2 years of experience in assembly/production.
• Technical knowledge required for the position.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Basic Skills Training programs associated with onboarding.
• Carry out briefing in accordance to process update, process change or Quality issue.
• Prepare Training materials for assigned task.
• Arrange on the job training (OJT) with buddy and provide guidance in timely manner.
• Do evaluation for Product certification/re-certification of production processes.
• Track the progress of new hire to meet required competencies.
• Maintain a record in Skill Matrix and related documents for internal archiving, customer’s evidence and audits.
• Manage company’s training record (ESS).
• Review training module gaps and follow-up with departments to create actions to improve/maintain results.
• Report to Operational Training Lead.
• Any other duties as directed by the Superior

1Role and Responsibilities:

2Qualifications and Key skills:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any Industrial related field, preferably experienced in any form of Technical Trainingor equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field preferably in Assembly/Production
• Technical Knowledge is required for this position
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Possess good communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees

3Special skills (such as special certifications)

• TTT (Train The Trainer) certification is consider as an advantage
