Job summary

MYFutureJobs is recruiting on behalf of an established healthcare company in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.

Position: Inspector of Work (M&E). Location: Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. Salary: RM5,000 – RM7,999 per month. Employment Type: Contract. Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in appropriate engineering field is required.
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems and construction drawings.
• Experience with testing, commissioning and statutory compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise mechanical and electrical installation works on site.
• Review technical submissions, drawings, and relevant documentation.
• Coordinate M&E services with architectural and structural works.
• Witness testing and commissioning of M&E systems.
• Ensure M&E installations comply with drawings, specifications, and statutory requirements.
• Monitor the quality and progress of M&E installation works.
• Identify technical issues and coordinate with contractors and relevant project teams for resolution.
• Ensure proper implementation of M&E works throughout the construction period.

Requirements

Education

Experience

• Relevant experience in M&E installation, site supervision, or construction projects.
• Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, construction drawings, and technical specifications.
• Experience in testing, commissioning, and statutory compliance is preferred.
• Strong site coordination, inspection, and problem-solving skills.
