Job summary

Telistar Solutions in Malaysia seeks an Inside Sales Support to assist the sales team with quotations, follow-ups on opportunities, and handling customer inquiries.

The role focuses on boosting quote-to-order conversion, nurturing customer relationships, and enhancing sales operations efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Science, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Chemistry, or related field.
• 1–3 years of inside sales, customer service, or sales support experience.
• Experience in laboratory, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or scientific industry is an added advantage.
• Customer-oriented mindset, self-motivated and proactive.
