Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Innovation Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in innovation management, product development, or a similar role.

• Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the innovation process from ideation to implementation, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
