Job summary

PEMBINAAN TEGUH MAJU SDN BHD invites a QAQC Engineer to plan, implement, monitor, and maintain QA/QC systems for our infrastructure project in Malaysia. You will ensure compliance with drawings, specs, ITPs, and standards, and work with project teams, consultants, contractors, and authorities.

You will develop QA/QC plans, conduct inspections, manage non-conformances, maintain records, and support audits and handovers, ensuring timely testing and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of QA/QC experience in civil/infrastructure projects.
• Good knowledge of drawings, specifications, inspection procedures.
• Familiar with ITP, Method Statements, IR/RFI, NCR and quality documentation.
• Willing to be based at project site in Pasir Gudang, Johor / Ipoh or nearby areas.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the QA/QC Plan for the project.
• Ensure construction works comply with drawings, specs, ITPs and standards.
• Conduct site inspections and quality audits to identify non-conformities.
• Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation for audits.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, sampling, and material approvals.
• Manage NCRs, corrective/preventive actions, and closure timelines.
• Support handover activities with quality dossiers and documentation.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Consultants, Contractors, and Authorities.
