Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an intern to assist with IT operations, data consolidation, and dashboard development. The role offers exposure to CDT, application support, and infrastructure tasks while working from Ipoh.

The internship requires a related bachelor’s degree, English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency, and a willingness to be based in Ipoh. This is a valuable hands-on opportunity in a corporate IT environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with CGPA at least 3.0.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on data consolidation and helpdesk calls.
• Automation of IT Operations.
• Development/Enhancement on Project & Support Dashboards.
• Overview of CDT & support organization structure and functions.
• Escalation workflow and SLA/KPI management.
• CDT process automation using process automation or low-code tools.
• Take up SME for targeted application/ network & infrastructure.
• Bug fix/enhancement for AgilePoint workflow system.
• Develop and execute tasks assigned.
• Web and mobile application development.
• Participate in infrastructure projects.
• Network setting and configuration for OC Internet improvement.

Requirements

• Candidates must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Software engineering/ Information System/ Plantation Technology/ IT Security/ Business Information System or equivalent from recognized universities with minimum current CGPA 3.0.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Preferably at least 3 months of internship period.
• Willing to be based in Ipoh.
