SKINTIFIC in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an influencer marketing specialist to lead end-to-end campaigns with KOLs and influencers. You will manage outreach, briefs, deliverables, and performance analysis to ensure the brand remains recognizable and engaging for customers.

You will forecast campaign growth with Product Development and Business Development teams, oversee adjacent marketing initiatives, and plan beauty events and product launches. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Formación

• Manage end-to-end influencer marketing process with KOLs and influencers.
• Forecast campaign growth, performance, and ROI with cross-functional teams.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with influencers.
• Experience in skincare/beauty brands is a plus.
• Proven ability to build partnerships and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with KOL/influencer agency dynamics is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Identify suitable KOLs and influencers for campaigns.
• Conduct outreach, prepare and present campaign briefs.
• Coordinate deliverables and evaluate performance.
• Oversee advertising, product design, and marketing initiatives for brand alignment.
• Plan and execute beauty-related events and influencer collaborations.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare actionable reports.
