Job summary

Infineon Technologies in Malaysia seeks an Industrial Trinee in Unit Process Engineering 2 Atmospheric within its Research & Development team. You will merge creativity with technical expertise to shape future technology and drive groundbreaking projects.

Qualifications include a Master or degree in Engineering/Material Science/Physics/Chemistry with CGPA 3.0+. You will collaborate across Manufacturing, Equipment, Technology, and Quality to resolve production issues and support tool

Qualifications

• Master or degree in Engineering/Material Science/Physics/Chemistry disciplines or relevant qualifications are required.
• CGPA must be at least 3.00 and above.

Responsibilities

• Perform process engineering and production support in semiconductor process area.
• Work as a team between engineers from Manufacturing/Equipment/Technology/Quality to resolve production related quality issues in order to reduce production line disruptions.
• Support tools installations as well as process & technology transfers to meet company targets, following standard process & tool release business flow.
• Perform FMEA, risk assessment of process changes, with proper process change management.
• Ensure the robustness of processes with Advance Process Control (APC), Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other process control tools.
• Manage recipe and procedural control.
• Develop and maintain process & operation specifications as well as Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP).
• Initiate, coordinate and support excursion prevention, cost reduction and quality improvement projects.

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Perform process engineering and production support in one selected assigned area of semiconductor process.

• Support tools installations as well as process & technology transfers to meet company targets, following standard process & tool release business flow.
