Job summary

Infineon Technologies Malaysia in Penang offers an Industrial Trainee – Planning System & Reporting in our Manufacturing and Operations team. You will manage data, build dashboards and help map workflows to improve efficiency in a high‑tech environment.

You will use Excel, Tableau, and Miro to visualize insights and document SOPs. A proactive, detail‑oriented mindset and CGPA 3.0+ are expected as you contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel with formulas, pivots and macros.
• Familiar with Tableau for data visualization.
• Proactive and detail‑oriented; Power Automate preferred.
• Understanding of process mapping or willingness to learn.
• CGPA 3.00+.

Responsibilities

Your role

1. Work on advanced data management tasks using Microsoft Excel (e.g., creating dashboards, cleaning datasets, generating pivot tables, etc.).
2. Analyze and visualize data through Tableau to present actionable business insights
3. Assist in developing and mapping processes to improve efficiency and workflow using tools such as Miro.
4. Collaborate with the team to document standard operating procedures(SOPs) and best practices.

Your profile

• Proficient in advanced Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, macros). Experience or exposure to Tableau for data visualization.
• A proactive and detail-oriented mindset (familiar with Power Automateis preferred).
• An understanding of process mapping or a willingness to learn.
• CGPA must be at least 3.00 and above.
